Refund & Return Policy
At Green Leaf Herbal, we ensure that every product shipped is of the highest quality. However, if you face any issues with your delivery, we are here to help.
1. Conditions for Return & Refund
Since our products are personal care and herbal items, we only accept returns or offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
- Damaged in Transit: The product packaging is torn, leaked, or broken when you received it.
- Expired Product: The product delivered to you has crossed its expiry date.
- Wrong Product: You received a different item than what you ordered.
🛑 Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, expired, or wrong product, a clear, uncut unboxing video is strictly required. Please record a video while opening the sealed package.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT accept returns or process refunds in the following cases:
- The product has been opened, unsealed, or used.
- You changed your mind after placing or receiving the order.
- Any claim made without a valid unboxing video.
3. How to Request a Refund / Replacement
If your issue falls under the valid conditions, please follow these steps within 3 days of delivery:
- Step 1: Send a message to our WhatsApp support at +91-9452979407 or email us at support@greenleaf000078@gmail.com.
- Step 2: Share your Order ID and attach the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.
- Step 3: Our team will verify the details within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will either dispatch a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
